Earl Eder is a highly recognized contemporary painter and sculptor. He was a key artistan in the contemporary Indian art movement in Santa Fe during the 1960s. He studied at the Institute of American Indian Arts (part of the first class), and later at the San Francisco Art Institute. His works have been exhibited in numerous institutions, including the Bureau of Indian Affairs (Washington, DC), the Heard Museum (Phoenix, AZ), and the IAIA Museum (Santa Fe, NM). |
